Stand out.

The movement training portion is vinyasa based, with studies in yin and hatha. We believe there is no one way, and provide a foundation for our students to thoughtfully sequence any style class based on peak poses, anatomy and movement principles.

Curriculum

In addition to your in-person classes, you’ll have assigned activities, research, readings, writings, and home yoga practice. You’ll also complete major projects outside of class time, including Seva within your community, and planning a public yoga event. All hours must be fully completed by each participant to receive a yoga alliance approved 200hr certification. This training well-exceeds the required 200hrs of training needed to become a certified yoga teacher.

This training emphasizes anatomy, communication, and movement teaching skills. It is for anyone wanting to improve their ability to move safely and smartly and be able to assist others to do the same. If you’d like a break down of your 200-hour training syllabus, contact us.

“This training was functional and anatomy based, and focused on finding and cultivating our own voice and flow. My practice became more than just asana and physical postures and I really loved that we were just thrown right in from the beginning. It made it so easy to just get all the goofy awkwardness out and then really start to refine. ”
