Whether you are interested in teaching yoga or would like to deepen your own practice, we invite you on this journey with us.

The old meets the modern

As we explore yoga asana, pranayama and meditation, you will also have the unique opportunity to study functional movement, anatomy of the human body, communication, and leadership skills, and discover a deeper understanding of living mindfully. This is a modern-style training. You will be given all the tools needed to successfully take the seat of the teacher with confidence and enthusiasm.

Dive In!

In addition to scheduled training hours, you will expand your self-awareness and knowledge of yoga through self-study, selected readings and assignments, class observation, assisting, practice-teaching, and individual seva (community service) projects. Be prepared to work hard and extend beyond your comfort zone so that you can reach your full potential as a teacher and student. Most importantly, be prepared to discover your own unique gifts and teaching style and how to share them with others.
